Rachel was born and raised in Paris, France, with her two fathers. Since she was a little girl, Rachel loved singing and her dreams were, someday, to go to America and sing on Broadway. Part of that dream came true; she travelled there on vacation, but not Broadway, she is staying in Las Vegas. On that place, the city of sin, she met a tall, dark and handsome stranger who happened to be the King of Russia.
She doesn't know she is the illegal daugther of the Queen of Andorra, Shelby of Andorra.
